Gift Vouchers – Terms & Conditions

1. Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within this period. Extensions beyond the expiry date are not available.

2. Advance Booking

Gift vouchers represent a prepaid service and can only be redeemed with prior appointment booking.

3. First No-Show

In the event of a first no-show without prior notice, a one-time rescheduling may be offered, subject to availability and at the discretion of the salon.

4. Second No-Show

In the event of a second no-show without prior notice, the gift voucher will be considered redeemed and void. No further rescheduling or compensation will be offered.

5. Late Arrival

If a client arrives late, the treatment time may be reduced accordingly.

For delays of more than 15 minutes, the salon reserves the right to cancel the appointment. In such cases, the gift voucher will be considered redeemed.

6. Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled once only, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled appointment time.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be extended beyond their expiry date.

8. General Terms

The salon reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions where necessary. Use of a gift voucher constitutes acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

Booking with an e-Gift

Please note: e-Gifts CANNOT AUTOMATICALLY RESERVE AN APPOITMENT

To use your e-Gift:

1. Select your desired service and choose an available date and time

2. Book your appointment online using the “Reserve Without Paying” option if you prefer.

3. Pay with your e-Gift at the salon when you arrive.

4. Any remaining balance on your e-Gift can be used for future visits
